Our FY24 Modern Slavery Statement

thl is pleased to share our second global FY24 Modern Slavery Statement. Five years ago, we made a commitment to becoming a future-fit business, aligned to the 23 science- and system-based sustainability goals of the Future-Fit Business Benchmark. This Statement reflects the progress we have made towards the goals of sustainable procurement, human rights, and ethical business practices.

As a global, vertically-integrated automotive and tourism company with operations spanning Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland, our supply chain is complex. It is important to acknowledge we have a long way to go before we are confident that we have eliminated modern slavery risks from our supply chain.

This Statement outlines the proactive measures we’ve taken against modern slavery, as highlighted by the significant strides in our Thrive anti-modern slavery roadmap. This year, we have widened our focus from New Zealand to our global supply chain and have gathered data to understand where our suppliers manufacture the goods we procure.
