The SpeakUp platform and service is administered by Report It Now (RIN), an independent global provider who operates a secure ethical case management software platform called EthicsPro™️.

Investigation processes will vary depending on the precise nature of the conduct reported. Within 10 working days of a disclosure being made in the EthicsPro™️ case management system, acknowledgement of receipt of the disclosure will be provided to the Reportee.

Retaliation for reporting in good faith is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

thl is committed to protecting all Reportees who make a disclosure in good faith (and any spouse or relative of the Reportee who is an employee or supplier to thl) from any form of reprisal or victimisation because of the disclosure in accordance with applicable laws. No-one making a disclosure under the thl SpeakUp policy in good faith (and no spouse or relative of such person who is an employee or supplier to thl) will have any action taken against them on account of their making a good faith disclosure.

These protections will apply even if a Reportee is mistaken and there is no wrongdoing found (provided the disclosure was made in good faith) or when a Reportee does not reference specific whistleblowing legislation or other applicable laws when making the disclosure.
